A handsome chap! I like the pose, the composition (cropping choice) and the soft light. I think a boost in exposure would help give it some pop, and the black point (the darkest tones in the image) may be too light. Here's a quick comparison -- best re-processed from the raw. It may take a separate masked layer to hold down the whites, or maybe not. Hard to tell from the JPEG.
Nice, I like the water droplets on the back and how the water looks like molten steel!
