    Satish:

Soft light, well exposed, nice angle of bird in frame, good eye, dangling feet.

The change in the bg above the bird is slightly distracting.

Overall, I prefer this one to the last Satish.

    Cheers

A well developed image with nice detail in the whites. I agree with Randy regarding the background but still a lovely image. Regards, Ian.

I like the flight angle, light, sharpness and composition. BG issue mentioned above. Nice image Satish.

Lovely shot Satish not sure how much it was cropped but if it was I would suggest a slightly smaller crop. Randy's comment regarding the background was the first thing that occurred to me.
Not too sure about the bill, it doesn't look to be as well focused as the eye??

Thank you all for your feed back and comments. Yes agree about reflections of fountain in the lake.

Jonathan, I will check the bill in RAW again. It is not a big crop.
    Regards,
    Satish.

Are you certain this is a great egret? The length of the bill and its gape don't really look right. Not for the ones we call great egret Down Under.

Lovely pose mate, like everything just about, well, as mentioned the BG is a bit uneven with the reflections, but it is what it is.

well done and thanks for sharing Satish.
