    Very nice composition, wonder if you can go back to the raw to bring down the highlights/whites on the birds and water to bring out some more detail on them. I'd also clone out the wayward duck on the left, my eye keeps drifting over to it.

    Good points from Warren.
    It is always better to get birds coming towards you rather than away from you.
    The light was quite harsh here and the whites are blown. If you can, try to shoot early in the am or in the late afternoon to get nicer light.

    Lovely family you've captured here. Nice to have 9 cygnets in the frame although it would have been ever better to have them facing toward the viewer. The whites look hot to me. I would crop a little bit off of the bottom and on the left to remove the head of the other duck. Looking forward to seeing more of your images. See you are using the 100-400II lens. I just got mine and love it!
