Hello Sanjeev!
Great to see you posting in Avian, this is a very neat frame with a lovely clean BG and the subject stands out so well.
The framing works for me and I like the detail on the bird, what is really cool is that one can see the blue BG through the nostril in the beak:)
IQ is there and I notice with great delight this wonderful clarity of the eye, subject nice and sharp where it matters.
All I would do if this were mine is selectively reduce exposure on those feathers at the base of the bird's neck, ever so slightly.

Lovely clear image Sanjeev. I really like it. I am on a different monitor now, and normally this one's brighter, but the whites on the neck appear to be a little hot. Is that the case?
I like it as presented though. Nice smooth BG and lots of details with a good HA
