Beaufort is a coastal town established in 1709. There are streets. And a boardwalk. But it seems to be mostly about the water.

- There's a lot of information online about doing curls at a corner. Everyone I found used Warp in Edit/Free Transform, and everyone ended up with a huge curl. My workaround was to paste a small rectangular selection from the lower left corner onto a new layer and apply the warping and other steps to it. The water underneath was copied from the opposite side of the image.
