Nice work, this technique has endless possibilities, I like the angle you chose to draw the color from, well done.

It's a very appealing photo to begin with. The eyes peeping through the foliage is an important part of it, so it was good to have them where the transition to lighter color begins. There could be a danger in making the image appear top-heavy with the color at the top and none at the bottom. However, with the subdued colors and the black outlines being chiefly at the bottom, you carried it off very well. Very nicely done.

Sweet Hazel. I really like the pastels and the effect in her eyes. I might clone out the yellow line on the left hand side near the top. Great use of the technique.

Great, another paint-by-number image! Love the light, bright, happy feel to this! The pastel colors add so well to the youthfulness and simplicity of this image. Delightful is the word for this!

I agree with the above positive comments. It is charming. The OP was a winner to start with--cute little girl peeking through the branches. I like where the colors stop, on a diagonal. The pastel colors work just great.

When Dave Woeller was posting images here, he came up with that approach using edges in Topaz Simplify. Here is a link to his image and his explanation. http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...p/t-95743.html

This is an appealing technique. The soft pastel color palette was a good choice. I particularly like the child's eyes.
