    The Pennants are starting to emerge here...this is probably my favorite dragonfly.

    Very nice Allen, beautiful venation in the wings and very natural looking. That is a beautiful dragonfly. I'm still waiting to see many of ours emerge on my pond. I have seen one Saddleback and some Bluet Damsels, but that's about it so far.

    That's a beauty I am not surprised it's your favourite! The wings are excellent as is the tail, I think I would see what a little more sharpening would do the the thorax and head region, I am fairly sure it is in focus.

    My favorite dragonfly, too, Allen - and this male is a beauty! Very nice comp, sharpness, and background. Very well done!
