    This is an old image from a few years ago. I believe it represents bokeh. I did not alter the image other than routine processing.

    I like this in terms of composition, geometry, and color. It's a very appealing arrangement with the flower head and lower leaf parallel to each other and the diagonal connecting them. It would be nice with just out-of-focus greens in the background, but the colors add a lot.

    This is very lovely. I'm not entirely sure where bokeh ends and OOF background begins. However the bkgd colors are nice & rich with a subtle glow & repeating the colors in the flower. And I really like the fine detail of the spider web on the right side.

    I am not sure what you mean by that - or do we risk straying into the other thread?

    Dahlia's early in opening are wonderful and you captured this beautifully. Outstanding!
