    D3 200-400 Plus 1.4 Tc . Gitzo tripod ,wimberely head.

    Matrix Metering , Iso 800 1/250 @ F8 + /3 Exp Comp.
    small crop of about 10% .

    Winter time is arriving in the Western Cape , South Africa. Storm clouds are occasionally accompanied by rainbows....this EG was the only subject that was helpful enough to fly thru the rainbow.

    Love this image Peter !!! Basically anything you do to it is a mater of taste and would be fine !!! I keep wanting to crop it a little different but keep going back to your crop !!! Also great exposure to obtain detail in the bird !!!!

    I like the mood and the rainbow adds a lot to it. I agree with Al regarding a different crop, maybe rectangular.

    I like it very much...the rainbow makes this one pop. Too bad the goose was not closer to you...:eek: Congrats...:D
