    Default Reddish Egret dropping fish

Here is one from today. This egret after catching the fish got disturbed by some gulls who wanted the catch as well.

The 'flying fish' really adds a sense of action to this already active pose. The image draws ones eye in immediately to the head and fish.

Some might say to clean up some of the beach clutter, but certainly that isn't the first thing that catches your attention in this image

I like the inclusion of the shadow.

    Fun

Great action shot, the fish takes it over the top.

Great timing Lorant. Super action you captured here. I would have done a little beach clean up, but it works great as presented.

Fish in the air, raised foot, wings open...lots of action! Good comp, and I like the wetness of the beach at right. Just very minor strategic beach clean up could work (especially the oof bright spot closest to the fish). Really nicely done.

I don't get this sterile clean image mentality in photography. The beach is as is, and possibly by shooting at an even lower angle you may have had a smoother BG. It looks fine to me Lóri!
Lovely action and great timing on your behalf!
    Gratulálok.
