    Looks like a white crowned sparrow although due to the head angle I can not see the black stripe along the eye line.

    Looks like a Swamp Sparrow. Rusty tones in the wings, somewhat contrasting whitish throat, strong eye but weak crown strip, and plainish gray face all fit.

    If you compare it to photos on the web, just remember that the central pale crown stripe can appear broader or disappear completely. Some people get hung up on trying to get an exact match when ID'ing a bird but there are field marks that are very dependent upon the bird's position

    It really looks a Swamp Sparrow to me, too.
