    Default Hummers in Flight

Image taken during a recent tour to Costa Rica, especially cool was having two guests who traveled an amazing distance to see me... - 1 from Mumbai, the other from Oman (originally Indian).
Thanks as always to my guests.

Wish the 2 birds were closer together. Also, I could have cloned out the bug, but my thinking is to leave images as they are, with minimal processing.

Before you suggest - I never use flash, tried it once, and didn't like the plastic looking results., I do know some people get fine images with flash, so I am
not looking down here, just my personal preference. Natural light only.

Great image, especially to have two different species hovering around the flower, Ray.
    Excellent composition.

Hey Ray, I love it! Good call leaving the insect there as it adds a really cool element to the image. Great to have two species in the frame, and their alternate wing poses are very good. If anything a bit more room above for the tip of the flower would be great. Nicely done - glad you had a successful workshop!

Terrific image. Love seeing the 2 HB and the bug. Would love a tad more room on top.

I would prefer more room around the birds and the top too.
Otherwise a really great image Raymond!

Very nice Ray, good to see you post here. They are both colorful and the perch, decorated with flowers and diagonally running through the frame balances the composition very well. This image works well even without a flash because the lightning is very uniform.
