Here is the third and final frame of the fish toss series I captured last summer. This behavior is used to remove weeds and debris from the just caught fish. They climb up high in the air after they catch a fish, then toss it in the air and re catch it on the wing.
Pretty fun and challenging to get this frame. I posted a wings down one and a wings up one. Here is the last one with the wings flat and the fish about to be caught. Hope you like it.
