    Default "Fish Toss 3"

Here is the third and final frame of the fish toss series I captured last summer. This behavior is used to remove weeds and debris from the just caught fish. They climb up high in the air after they catch a fish, then toss it in the air and re catch it on the wing.
Pretty fun and challenging to get this frame. I posted a wings down one and a wings up one. Here is the last one with the wings flat and the fish about to be caught. Hope you like it.

Thanks as always for looking and for your input. I appreciate it.

An amazing series! You win the trifecta !!
Love how the body position of the fish and the flying water droplets. Really gives me a sense of forward motion.

Incredible series. Your photos are so good that some might think it is easy to capture this moment. Hats off, David.
