Default The 'hand off'... Red-necked Grebes

This was taken almost a year at the local park where these pair have successfully produced offspring's.

I believe the same pair are now nesting in the same area, reports have the eggs hatching hopefully in two weeks.

Nice looking frame with the chick taking the fish from daddy as Jr. looks on. Action, details, exposure and colors look right on. Beautiful family interaction frame.

Excellent feeding scene with two adults and juveniles, good techs and details, I would adjust the black point a bit

Love the interaction and the open mouth of the fish in the chicks' mouth.
I feel the blacks are a bit washed out and would add a couple of points of black to the blacks in selective coloring in photoshop.

A great capture and very well timed. The parent just seems to be nudging the fish towards the chick to encourage it to feed

Lovely, intimate shot. Agree about blacks.
