Good eye contact and sharpness. I like the layers at the bottom of the frame. I would like to see a more dynamic wing position though.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting. I agree with you Doug regarding a more dynamic wing position. In this case the pelican was just gliding riding the wind, it is amazing how long and far they can glide without a wing beat.

I think your crop suits the wing position well.
I'd also like a more dynamic pose, but it works nicely like this. :)
