Terrific interaction you got here Roy!
Nice clean BG and a terrific perch.
    Was this a set-up?
I feel the mockingbird really "looms heavy" over the cardinal. Is the mockingbird that much bigger than the cardinal in real life?
I would add more canvas on top. It would reduce the impact of the mockingbird slightly and balance the image.

Hi Roy - Great interaction, well captured. I agree with Gail that it's a little tight above. Is the 50mm correct?

Gail, this was a set-up. The mockingbird is a little bigger than the Cardinal. How is this repost

Hi Roy, great action here, good DOF on both birds, and I do like the reds of the Cardinal. I agree that more space on your repost wont harm the image.

Great looking frame with lots of action and lots of great detail. Nice capture and a sweet BG. Yes to bit more on the top.
