One of my favorite sparrows, and here it is trying its best to pass by undetected by blending in on a favored perch.

Canon 7D + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/1000s., f/7.1, ISO 400, natural light, handheld, cropped for composition, usual eye work, toned down a few areas on the leaves. Audio used.

    I really like this Daniel.
    Love the somewhat camouflaged look.
    Very unique and different.

This one's a beauty, Daniel. No nits from me. Someday I'll see one of these sparrows.

Daniel - I really like how the sparrow blends in with the natural perch. Nice clean bg. It all works here.

Interesting perch and nice composition. I know you didn't do it, but the bird and perch look like they're pasted onto the BG for some reason. You seem to be doing very well with bird calls!

Very nice image design. Perfect balance between the leaves and the bird.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw this.

Really love the gentle color tones in this shot Daniel.
    Very aesthetically pleasing shot.
