    Welcome Ganesh,
    A lot to like here but also some issues.
    Lovely bird with good DOF.
    I wish for a better head angle ie. looking more towards the viewer.
    The branch that runs parallel to the tail is unfortunate as it pulls the eye away from the bird.
    The BG branches are a bit distracting and I would consider cloning some out.
    I like the leaves at the top of the frame.
    Comp wise I would add a bit more room on the right hand side for the bird to look into.

    Nice sharpness and color. I agree with Gail's points about the head angle and busy BG.
