    This a scanned slide . He posed for 2 hours in my back yard Was shot with F-5 300 2.8 and 2X ext.on Fuji pro 100' scanned on my coolscan 5000

    Wow, weren't you fortunate!!? He looks great except (on my monitor) looks just slightly dark maybe, and maybe a tiny bit tight in the frame. Really cool, though, wonderful detail, the head placement is terrific, and overall I am just very envious!! :cool:

    What Anita said except it really doesn't look 'too' dark here? The birds head looks stretched??? Would that be from the scanner?

    Beautiful Joe !!!! Looks great form my end Do like the pose and complementing bg Agree with Nonda on the head. It does seem to have an odd shape? Would also like to see more room all around the bird, feels tight in frame !!!! Gorgeous image !!!

    Great capture with sharp details on your bird. He does look a bit tight in the frame. I would get rid of that diagonal shadow on the right side of the perch...:cool:
