Great title and image. Wow. The lighting helps to draw attention to the ladybug, and that light brown shape formed by the outlines of the leaves is wonderful. Your processing took all that was there and made it even better. I really like this.

The spot lighting of the lady bug is most effective. The brown leaf lends an element of balance. The PP nicely simplifies the image.

Agree with the above. Having the bug partially hidden adds depth, too.

Interesting image, I would prefer to see the bug, but that just my opinion. The rest of the image, draws my eye to the ladybug, well done.

Thanks for the comments. Paul in this case I like the LB partially hidden and left the rest up to one's imagination.

I very much like this! You dare to be different having only part of a lady bug ! The lighting, the large shapes and the colors work so well together, especially with the singular flash of the red lady bug. You always have such an interesting perspective in your images!

I love the look of this! A bit of a graphic look, with those outlined shapes. Excellent composition, simple shapes. Well, maybe the shapes aren't simple, but they are clear, somewhat art deco. Excellent composition and processing. I also like the lighting you created.
