Last year we spent a couple of great days out on a friend's boat photographing raptors north of Sydney. The sea eagles and Whistling Kites readily took fish that we offered.
This is a first-year White-bellied Sea Eagle moving between positions after it had caught an Australian Salmon (Arripis trutta) that we threw in the water.

Magnificent bird with those out stretched wings, must have been a thrill photographing this, very well done.

Excellent moment captured, Akos. Love the rocky background and perch.

Lovely image Akos. Lovely comp and nice setting. The grasses add so much to a nice frame. Well done

Pretty cool habitat, and the rock "perch" looks really good. Terrific take off pose with those massive outstretched wings. Is that a blue cast under that wing, or are they colored this way?

    Thank you.

Daniel, probably a blue cast from the water reflections? Should be white-ish. I can probably selectively adjust the blue hues.
