    My First Titmouse (in focus)!!

Man, if there is one bird that raises my blood pressure, its the
Titmouse. If they ever stay in one spot for more than a millisecond,
    it would be a miracle.

This Black-Crested Titmouse was captured at the famous Cozad
Ranch in Texas. I just focused on the limb and waited.

Question on the crop...I obviously went portrait, but I've also played
with it going horizontal (right above knot in the limb). Actually it looks
    more square than horizontal.

    What's your preference?

I like the crop as is. I also like the eye contact. I looks like a large crop. This creates the effect of a bit of softness.

Hi Doug Congrats on your capture !!! Would suggest converters for the little guys !!!!

Do like the pose and eye contact !!! Not sure about the vertical? It is a good looking perch but overwhelms the little guy, maybe a horizontal would be fine !!! Ether way a fine image !!!
