A friend and I went to St. Augustine this week for some photography but it was very hot and humid and my inspiration was pretty lacking. So, I started doing some blurs and I perked up a bit. This is a drainpipe on the outside of a beautiful Presbyterian Church that was built by Henry Flagler during the hey day of St. Augustine. It was inspired by San Marco Basilica in Venice, Italy. The drainpipe was turquoise (aged copper) and there were rust stains on either side on the white stucco walls. Straight out of the camera. ISO 50, f/22, .4 sec. panning upward. Thanks for looking

Your blurs are so good!!! The colors, the composition, and the amount of camera movement combine to make this a wonderful image. I like the vertical format, too.

I totally agree with Dennis. Your blurs are wonderful! This would look fabulous printed large or made into lovely long drapes.

Wonderful! I love the detail in the darker area near the bottom.

So simple, and yet so beautiful. I will teach you colour IR if you teach me how to do blurs!

Only a true blurer (if that's even a word) would think to blur a drain pipe, cool results, well done
