This is the same WTE as my previous image, taken from the boat on Isle of Mull. As stated before the weather conditions were quite bad, I thought this one had a good pose as the bird came towards the boat.

Thanks for looking and for the comments on my Fulmars image. Much appreciated

If it were mine the only thing I'd do is add some canvas to loosen the comp.
But mate, what a freaking awesome photo! No bull! I love it! Perfect wing position, perfect eye contact, perfect light. What else could one want?

Hi William - I think you have managed to capture a super pose here with the direct eye contact and lovely curve of the wings

Really wonderful curve of the wings and good look from the bird. I too would vote for more canvas, and depending on how I set my monitor brightness, I pick up a bit of a halo around the front edge of the wings--given how wonderful this shot is, it would be worth the effort to eliminate that.

Hi Will, now that is more like it, nice work and a cool image. Hope the 'tech' stuff worked and from previous images, good to see you pushing the ISO, the kit can take it, do more, well done.

Hey Will, This is a great shot - well done!

The curve of the wings is great and that full on look is priceless.

Agree with giving him a bit more space.

    Thanks for sharing,

    Gerald

That's some great eye contact Will!! Nice and sharp and I like the cupped wing position and the fact that we can see a bit of the white tail. Great job getting this one!

Love the wing position and stare of this magnificent eagle

Great light and the white tail shows off the species nicely
