Default Question Re. Autofocus & Sigme 150-600

    I've got a Canon 400mm F5.6 and I find I'm using the 1.4 TC a lot, so I thought I would get the Sigma 150-600mm instead.

But if my 7d won't autofocus on anything over F5.6, how will the Sigma react at F6.3?? Will I lose AF at 600mm?
    Cheers,
    D.W.

I used the Sigma 150-600 on a trip to Antarctica and it performed well with my Canon 6D.

I did not attempt putting a TC on this lens.

The lens will report to the camera as a 5.6 lens even at 600 and will AF
