This was taken this weekend at my backyard set up. I had two mature males, young male and female coming to the feeder. I hope you enjoy the image. All comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Jim lovely shot , very simple and clean presentation . Works very well with a great IQ. Love the color explosion .
I only feel it is a bit dark overall , try + 40 brightness with a inverted red channel as mask and reduce the mask density to - 50 !! and see how that looks for you .

Lovely looking image Jim. Great colours throughout and a fab pose on the bird. Vey nice perch. I agree with Andreas and see it as a wee bit dark aswell. Good work.

Second one gets my vote, too. I'd still like to see a little more detail in the blacks. That said, it's a fine shot. Lovely complementary background and a brilliantly colorful subject with a near-perfect head angle.

Wonderful portrait of this handsome male. Repost works for me. Great pose, perch, background; and I like the just slightly opened beak.

This is a little tight for me taste, but a wonderfully captured bird. Congrats!

The re-post is perfect! Great looking subject and a nice looking setup Jim. The details and exposure are right on and I really like the multi colored BG. Very nice.

Hi Jim, lovely angled pose and I like your choice of going vertical. When I first viewed this, I thought the blacks on the head were blocked, but your repost has sorted that out. Love the graduated BG. You are fortunate to have such lovely subjects visiting your set up.

    Hello Jim,

Lovely image of this colourful bird and RP takes care of issues mentioned above.

I like the BG and straight perch, beautiful pose from the subject - indeed a wonderful capture and I like the composition.

    Kind regards,
