    Default Mallard Frolicking...

I called this a Mallard but is appears to be a Mallard X, some of the features are different. The completely dark bill for example. Anyways it was a pleasure to watch and photograph. Image captured at Lake Morton in Lakeland, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Love this splish splash, I just wish there were less room on the bottom and more on top. That would have made it look as though you were lower when you captured this action.

Thanks for viewing and commenting Marina. Easy fix I have a little more room at the top so I can move the duck lower... good suggestion.

Excellent splash captured, Joe. It is hard to focus on the bird with all the water droplets around but it worked out for you pretty good.

Joe I think you have done very well focusing through all that water, treat to look at just shows what you can do with a so called common bird.
