    Interesting subject here John and well photographed. I like the juxtaposition of the two stages in the life cycle of the flower head. Good complimentary BG and just the right amount of sharpness. Well worth photographing in my opinion.

    Yes you have my vote too, good and sharp and a nice colour range (though as you might guess the colours are a little dense for my taste)
