    Hi Ganesh...big welcome to BPN!

    Beautiful subject and you got it in a neat feeding pose on a good perch. The colours of the background look good, just the long out-of-focus sticks are a bit of a distraction to my eye. You could also tone down the brightest whites on the belly and perhaps lighten the catchlight. Good vertical composition.

    Looking forward to more form you, and don't be shy to critique others' works too

    I like the fact that the bird is in the process of taking a berry. Nice vertical pose with the bird positioned nicely in the frame. A little work to tone down the highlights and lighten the shadows on the bird could make a difference. You could also try removing some of the OOF branches in the background if you feel comfortable with that. TFS.
