Fabulous, dynamic pose. Great colors. Perhaps just a tad more sharpening around the head? A better perch would put this over the top.

    Charlene:

Perfect timing, nice background, sharp enough for me ( I don't require everything to be sharpened until it bleeds)

Although the perch show him well, the cut off end is a bit of a distraction.

    Keep them coming.

    Cheers

Everything except the cut off branch tip looks A1. Well done overall, you'll just need to convince that other person to get a better perch

    Charlene:

re: perch. I would cover up the white spot with the clone stamp or patch tool, and then lower the luminosity of the cut off end to match the darker bark. The little white pith draws the attention like a bulls eye, and I think you can soften it a bit.

    Cheers

Hi Charlene, well timed for the toss, and you have the colours spot on. I still need one of these guys in my files.

I like the action, sharpness, details, colors and clean BG. A beautiful bird that I would love to see some day, TFS.
