    I just liked the look of this image even though standard comp rules are disobeyed. The whole thing was totally unplanned! This is an image of a Yellow Warbler male created in Sackville NB.

    Comments welcome!

    Beautiful image, John. I think the reason it works is because, despite being in the center, it is in the lower third, leaving your eye to go rest at the bottom where the bird is sitting!

    Great colors on this and the BG is lovely!

    Nice balanced composition,
    Good exposure and great habitat...:cool: Would be ideal if the bird were perched in front of the flowers...:D

    Yellow and blue are quite the palette and they work great here. Wish you had the tail, but it's good to look at, very pretty.
