That is a really beautiful image, Freddy. What a great looking bird. The top-side view of the detailed plumage, the sharpness, the over the shoulder look-back... all great. Kudos!

Axel this was shot 320 ISO F.7.1 @ 1/700s I was walking the beach going after some peeps he was mixed in with the crowed. I started to get close to him he did not mind that I was there. I was firing away and he was coming closer and closer to me. an Osprey flew over and every bird took off that is how I got him. by the way I counted 63 Skimmers yesterday. they were all sitting on the beach. the Terns are all hereOriginally Posted by Axel Hildebrandt
