    Nice catch, love these birds, and quite an interesting perch! Looks like you cloned some things out of the background.

    There was a small crop some off each side.

    BG was not change or work on.

    Perch was clean up.

    Very nice -- good focus on the head and good detail in the blacks. I'd be tempted to add just a very small amount back on the right.

    Beautiful bird, and very well-exposed. I'm seeing some black lines / smudges just above the perch near the center of the image...it would be worth trying to clean that up. But lovely image overall.

    Yes, the top edge of the perch looks a little odd -- was the BG lightened there if not cloned?

    On second look, the perch is a little on the bright side -- might be worthwhile to tone it down. Sorry, I don't remember what software you are using so won't make a specific suggestion how to do it. But here's a quick comparison.

    I noticed your image doesn't have an embedded profile, but does appear to have been converted to sRGB. For more people to see the colors more accurately, be sure to embed the profile.
