    Default Mallard Drake Wing Flap

    Canon 1D iv, 400 f/5.6, hand held, ISO 640, 1/2000 second @ f/8, manual mode. Mallard Wing Flap March 20, 2015 @ 5:40 pm. Post LR5, highlights down, shadows up, NR, sat +12, 25% crop. I used the adjust brush on some of the background to reduce highlights and I used the brush to bring up shadows on the speculum. Yellowstone County, Montana. Please critique - steve

    Nice wing flapping pose. The image is a bit on the dark side.

    Beautiful Colors in the Duck. I like the pose with the open wings. The side lighting does make the backside of the Duck a little dark.
