Great capture, William. Beautiful coloration on this finch. There's a wonderful 3D quality. Well done.

Beautiful little bird, nice color and detail. If mine I might try a 4x5 crop coming in from the left had side. I would get rid of some of the out of focus perch. Just what goes through my head. Nice image, thanks for sharing.

Great detail Bill, the catch lights in the eye really sets this shot, POV and BG are great also.

I'm OK with the comp as is. Superb IQ in the feathers. The perch as a bit bland, but is nicely sized for the subject. I like the BG, but if mine I'd likely tone down or smoothen some of the brighter twigs. Nicely done!

I might like the original version slightly better. Excellent shot with great details and nice pose, William.

Beautifully captured William. IQ on the bird is excellent. I find the background very attractive. Not an ideal perch, but still a lot to like here.

Nicely done, I do like the mottled background, but would tone down the brighter spots if it was mine.

Once again, I could tell right away!! I too like the OP best. Killer details and colors. Another vote for toning down the bright spots in the BG. Nice work
