    Default Spanish moss #2

The trees between the Paramount Plaza Hotel in Gainesville and the lake behind it are sparse enough that there's no obstruction for the morning or evening sun. It's only necessary to face East or West. This was a morning shot through the Spanish moss.

A lot of visually interesting aspects to this image and I especially like the play of the green, blue, and yellow tones. Interesting perspective as well, and as always your wonderful processing. Well done!

Lovely and beautiful Dennis. It has a very magical quality to me, and I think I will go have a mint julep now and savour the view!

Aren't iPhones great? I love the perspective and I especially like the magnolia tree in the lower left corner as an anchor. My magnolias are just blooming now.

Beautiful colors and composition. The dark corners ground and frame the image. Nicely processed.
The center area, where the sun is shinning through the hanging moss, seems less defined that the surrounding areas, such as the leaves in lower left. I wonder what a bit more definition there would look like.
