Default Theme - Blue Hour Trees in Lucca

One of my favorite towns that I visited in Italy was Lucca. I took this image at blue hour from the walls of the city - they circle the old part of town and everyone walks and rides their bike there (it's about 4 miles around). I was walking it during twilight and took this image while I was walking - 1/4 sec. Straight out of the camera.

I like your blurs, and this is no exception. The blurred lines opposing those two tree trunks give a wonderful effect both in terms of visual tension and added blue tones. I think the browns in the bottom center help to keep my eye moving through the image.

You captured that gorgeous evening blue which I love! Another lovely tree image. I like that I can tell it is a tree. I also like the simplicity. Did you happen to take one at this location in a vertical orientation?

This image is soft and gentle. I originally thought peaceful, but there is also tension in the blur of the branches. This is an image to spend some time with...
