Sasan:
A most excellent pose, with nice head angle, dangling feet, separation of bill from wing, diagonal of wing in frame. Soft Bg is lovely.
I might consider a bit of a crop form the top to move the bird up in the frame a bit and to strengthen the impact of the diagonal of the wing. Putting the head at the right upper rule of thirds point works very well to my eye.
Very well captured.
Cheers

What a lovely image. It wasn't what I expected when I saw the thumbnail. Nice catch light and I like how the sun has lit up the bird's right underwing. The BG is super. I see Randy's point, but I like the layered BG so much, I don't think I would touch it unless you had more space to add bottom and right as an alternative.

POV is excellent and the creamy background is wonderful. Cropping the top is a tough call. Having the eye at 1/3 as Randy stated, might work better, and in my opinion, give the impression of more movement and flight path.
