    Default Summer Tanager Singing

First shots of this beautiful and not that shy summer tanager. Photographed at Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge. He did move after the first few shots, but not very far. I have him perched in some moss also, but you loose sight of it's feet. Thanks for looking. CC always welcomed.

Tree knob removed from top left corner, BG noise reduction.

    Ed:

You can almost hear him singing! Excellent dof, nice catchlight.

Because of the pose, I might be tempted to experiment with a more pano crop. This would reduce the impact of the large trunk in the background a bit, as well.

Wish the head was more our way.

    Cheers

Lovely calling pose. I would take a little bit of canvas off of the bottom if it were mine.
