In answer to your question, definitely yes. I like finding unexpected forms in disparate places, and this is a great example. That notwithstanding, the lines, the texture, the colors, and the composition are very appealing. The nearly horizontal lines add a lot.
Hey, Jackie, well seen and I like your subtle processing. Definitely looks like a torso and I like the horizontal lines as Dennis mentioned. I think you could crop a tad off the top (maybe less than half of the darkest area) without doing any damage to the intent.![]()

I wouldn't have noticed the belly-button without your imaginative title. :-) Graceful. The darker slices on either side create the perfect frame.
Nicely minimalist. I might like to see one with a little less contrast, to see how that worked, but not certain on this.
Thanks for the comments, everytime I do an image with less contrast, it seems I get comments for more contrast. The original had the histogram more centered.![]()
