    I sure wish the light could have been a bit sweeter but I guess you take what you get. Here a coastal grizzly bear walks along an Alaskan stream with the magnificent volcano Mt. Illiamna towering in the distance. I spotted the bear coming downstream and could see the image right away but had to get my group to race across several hundred yards of sand to get in position in time to capture this.

    An iconic image very well handled Dale, love the postion of Mr Grizzle in the frame, the unsweetened light has been dealt with nicely, very happy to have this in my files.

    You've nailed this one, I completely agree - the framing/composition is just perfect and I love the clarity and colours, those mountains in the BG are just superb - what a wonderful image, I truly enjoyed viewing!

    Love the positioning of the bear in the image and the snow capped mountain in the BG.
