    Hi all , just playing a lot around at the moment at our local city pond , as there are not that exciting species you take what you can get !!
    So mostly ending up with close up images .

    Eos 1Dx
    EF 500 IS L MK II + 2xTC

    F8 ; Iso 4000 ; 1/1000 sec

    man exposure

    Processed with DPP 4 and PS CC ; slight crop from left side and top for the composition .

    Hi Andreas

    It's amazing what you have done with a common mallard image. The water movement makes the image very nice indeed. The details and sharpness on the bird are not too bad either Great work and thanks for sharing

    Hi Andreas, nicely composed and processed. I like the water falling off the beak, the ripples and bubble in front of the bird giving a nice sense of movement. Well done.

    Not bad Andreas! Your processing is coming along nicely, excellent details especially for such a high ISO. The moment captured is excellent.
