Couldn't resist having a pop at this juvenile gull, as it rested on this post in the warm sunshine, however NOT ideal shooting conditions! I think it's a herring Gull, but perhaps it's not? Again, if it's not, please let me know.

Framing correctly is so important and the best pose will bring about the best response. Eyes open or closed...it does not matter as long as it hits home.
