    Nice little lady John. Without seeing your setup its a bit difficult to comment, but a slightly lower POV would make a nice difference. Just enough of a head turn for the shot to work though

    Hi Mike
    No- can't do it . Its a long standing permanent hide. I don't go for low angle stuff to be honest due to lack of dof with the birds back on whiich is usually my favourite position. There are refection probs which I think I have mentioned before, the lower you get. Its a longstory.

    Good details, perfect head angle, and I like the slightly drooping wings. The salad in the bill is a neat touch!! If mine I'd eliminate the two brighter spots near the head...

    Nice image of female bullfinch,nice detail,like how the colors of small stones compliment the colors of the bird.nice head angle,and the food in the beak a bonus.

    Yes I like it - especially the colours The detail is good in the plumage, you have also given me an idea to coat the bottom of my pond with some shale or similar,
