Nice little lady John. Without seeing your setup its a bit difficult to comment, but a slightly lower POV would make a nice difference. Just enough of a head turn for the shot to work though
Hi Mike
No- can't do it . Its a long standing permanent hide. I don't go for low angle stuff to be honest due to lack of dof with the birds back on whiich is usually my favourite position. There are refection probs which I think I have mentioned before, the lower you get. Its a longstory.

Good details, perfect head angle, and I like the slightly drooping wings. The salad in the bill is a neat touch!! If mine I'd eliminate the two brighter spots near the head...
Now that you mention it Dan!!!!
Will do (nevernoticed them before you mentioned it!)
Thanks
John
Nice HA and details and well composed.

Hi John.
Gerat looking Bullfinch shot. The colours on the bird are spot on. I like this shot. Well done

Thanks Chris ,Will, Don,Dan,Mike.
John
Yes I like it - especially the coloursThe detail is good in the plumage, you have also given me an idea to coat the bottom of my pond with some shale or similar,
Jon
Don't use white bits- you'll spend week cloning them out !!
