It's late afternoon with storm clouds approaching and posing nicely are 2 males that form part of the strong coalition of 4 that make up and protect the Kusini kopje pride.

Hi Marc ! very dramatic feel here , the wind blowing through the RHS lion's mane makes a very pretty sight. The Clouds look quite dramatic, RHS of the frame should have more space tht's what i feel and also i would love to see a monochrome version of this !
Beautiful scene, Marc! Personally I'd love just a tad more space at the bottom (perhaps dropping the same amount at the top) which would also raise the horizon a little closer to the 1/3rds horizontal line. Not to say that you have more space to add at the bottom.
Looks like these gents need a lioness pack to bring in some food to cover those ribs - Nature is not for sissies, that's for sure!
Hi Marc - Nice storm scene. I too would like more room below and to the right. As is it feels slightly unbalanced to me. With the ribs showing on the right hand male, it looks like they would be in search of a meal soon.
I really like the scenery and setting here Marc, good call on the wider lens.
My first thought was also that it needs more on the RHS and bottom. The RHS because I feel both lions gazing in opposing directions calls for them to be more centered? At least the 2nd one?
Not sure what your options were in terms of trees and foliage to the RHS?
Like the image a lot, very dramatic looking skies and nice soft light for the lions. I like the position of the lions in the frame but would like a bit more FG.
