Great Kiskadee in flight

Here's one from last year's trip to Belize that I never posted -- perhaps because of some IQ issues. This was shot along a woodland trail near Black Rock Lodge. Lighting was a challenge, as it often is in the tropical forest, so some high-ISO noise has crept in.

D7000, 500f4 + 1.4TC, ISO 3200, 1/2000s @ f/5.6 manual, TTL fill @ -1.0.

Tough specie to get in flight with this kind of BG, your shutter speed was a little slow for this speedster and head came out a bit soft as result, there is some noise but not bad given the ISO

Great shot Bill! Not an easy frame to get and it looks good considering the fairly high ISO. Looks pretty sharp to me.
