I failed to notice which carnivorous plant this was. I'm thinking Pitcher Plant, but am not sure. Longwood Gardens Conservatory.

    105 mm macro lens.

Elements 10. Viveza, Topaz Adjust and Detail. Two textures by Joel Olives: Explorer (warm) and Freebie 3.

Although my inclination would be to flip it horizontally, I like this image very much. You did another great job with limited depth of field, and the earthy colors are very appealing. The Explorer (Warm) texture works very well.

I like the selective focus and the image flipped Anita. I am not of fan of overly darkened edges with texture, but that is just me. I might consider a small crop from the top. And as Dennis mentioned nice earth tones!

Hi, Anita, I like the darkened earth tones and the beautiful curve. I like it flipped - I didn't think it would make a difference but it does.

    Anita,

Beautiful! I like both... both together with a slight overlap would work for me. ;-) The focus fade is perfect. Good show!

    Cheers,
