    Nice pose and good sharpness. It looks like you had harsh light. It is too tight at the top.

    Magnificent image. Beautiful bird with nicely exposed whites with great details. Superb BG and a bit tight crop.
    If you are not against cloning, would try to remove OOF branch from BG.

    Hey there Doug, one of my favorite "winter" birds! Nice profile pose. Good details, and great view of the feet. Well exposed for the blacks, but I do feel the very brightest whites could be toned down a bit. I agree the crop is rather tight, I'd add back top and right if you have it...and that would also get more of that nice BG into the image as a bonus.
