    It's double glazing in fact ! Its amazing- it doesn't seem to make any difference(and it keeps me warmer )!

    Gorgeous bird, John, beautifully composed, exposed and focused. The nice background sets off the remarkable colors and details of the bird and perch. And the eye contact is great, no doubt because the bird was probably wondering what that guy was doing photographing through a window! Well done.

    Amazing to get this clarity through 2 panes of glass. You must keep your windows very clean! Beautiful bird showing well in a great pose with nice clean BG.

    Keeping the lens close to the glass helps. Ialso use a black felt sheet with a hole for the lens. Makes the room a bit dark though !
