Hi Sanjeev - It's always fun to see one of these large herds of buffaloes and even more amazing to sit amongst them in a vehicle. The fg grasses do work well as an anchor. For some reason the image seems a little muddy for lack of a better word to me. I think I would give a little boost to brighten the trees and buffs either through levels or curves or both to the image but masking out the fg grasses.
TFS,
Rachel

Hi Sanjeev,
Rachel gave you great suggestions for this image. Not sure if you can get much out of the trees. Looks like not much leafs left on them!
Have a great eve

Dear Sanjeev,
You amaze me with your latest images, it seems you kept them aside especially for this Theme:) - well done!!!
I spent a lot of time watching Buffaloes today in Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve, but my images are not half as exciting as yours:) My subjects were so close, yet not close enough...
I understand where you were going with this image, yet IMHO the grass in the FG is just too little (cropped too tight) to create the effect you were looking for. I would rather go for a pano, if this were mine. Love the subjects interacting - those buffs looking at each other are so cool:), and yes I agree with Rachel on the need for more "pop" in terms of subjects as well as vegetation. Not offering an RP, LOL...I know you like to play around so looking forward to yet another version from you...
Hope you had a fabulous week-end, around here everyone is celebrating Easter so we took advantage of those few days off and enjoyed the local Game Reserve...off to the Park again tomorrow!
Warmest regards,

Hi Sanjeev, always a hard scene to compose and to avoid where possible, not truncating subjects. I like the fact you retain some FG as it helps 'sandwich' the content.
